We deliver to all areas across Egypt.

The moment you complete your purchase, your delivery will be processed. You will receive a confirmation email to the email registered, which includes the goods you have ordered and their cost. After your order is received by the shipping courier, you will receive a text message including the order tracking number and delivery schedule.

 

Delivery Options

    - Only Home Delivery (2 - 7 working days)

Standard delivery charge for the following areas is EGP:

    - Cairo = EGP 80

    - Giza = EGP 80

    - Alexandria = EGP 95

    - Delta Governorates = EGP 100

    - Suez Canal Governorates = EGP 105

 Standard delivery charge for the following areas is EGP:

    - Upper Egypt Governorates = EGP 105

    - Red Sea & North Coast Governorates = EGP 105

       

 

Return Policy

Return is picked up at your doorstep; store returns are exchanges are not available. To know more about process of requesting a return, please click here.

When you opt for an order/item return, return shipping fees are subtracted from the return amount in addition to deducting the original delivery fees. Return fees by area:

Cairo & Giza = EGP 60

Alexandria = EGP 70

Delta = EGP 75

Suez Canal = EGP 80

Upper Egypt = EGP 80

Red Sea & North Coast = EGP 80
